Kay Delahunt

Kay is the Manager of Cultural and Community Services at Tamworth Regional Council. Since 2007 she has been leading Central Northern Regional Library, which services the NSW local government areas of Tamworth Region, Liverpool Plains Shire, Narrabri Shire, Gwydir Shire, Uralla Shire and Walcha. Kay has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New South Wales and has graduate qualifications in Librarianship and Cultural Planning. She was a member of the steering committee to set up an Australian Decorative and Fine Arts Society (ADFAS) chapter in Tamworth and has served on the Board of Arts North West. She is currently a member of the Library Council of New South Wales. Kay is passionate about improving access to information and learning opportunities for people in regional and remote communities.
